π About the Role

If so, HCL Software is seeking a BigFix Sales Leader (Hunter Role) to join our global team and play a vital role in expanding our footprint across key territories.
As a BigFix Sales Leader, you will act as the front-line sales driver responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities, delivering exceptional value presentations, and positioning HCLβs BigFix Intelligent Operations Suite as the go-to solution for endpoint management, patching, security, and compliance.
πΌ Key Responsibilities

π― Hunt New Logos: Generate net new business by identifying, engaging, and closing new clients for BigFix solutions.

π€ Client Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, security leaders, and IT decision-makers.

π‘ Consultative Selling: Analyze client needs and position BigFix offerings as the optimal solution through insightful and value-driven sales techniques.

π Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and quota attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

π€ Solution Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling, tailored demos and presentations that clearly communicate business value.

π€ Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with channel partners, solution architects, customer success teams, and global sales units to support customer needs.

π Industry Representation: Represent BigFix at major cybersecurity conferences, trade shows, and regional user group meetings.

π Customer Retention & Growth: Expand account relationships and grow market share by upselling and cross-selling.

π§ Market & Competitive Intelligence: Maintain deep awareness of the competitive landscape (e.g., Tanium, CrowdStrike, Ivanti) and emerging trends in endpoint security and ITSM.
π Required Qualifications & Skills

β Bachelorβs degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a strong plus).

β Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience (security, ITSM, or endpoint management preferred).

β Proven track record of exceeding quotas, adding new logos, and growing revenue streams.

β Advanced consultative sales skills with executive presence and excellent negotiation capabilities.

β Knowledge of industry-leading tools including BigFix, ServiceNow, Tanium, SCCM, Qualys, Intune, Carbon Black, Chef, Puppet, and more.

β Strong understanding of Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, and Automation in IT operations.

β Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic and French are strong advantages).

β Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
β Preferred Experience

Sales leadership experience in enterprise cybersecurity software.

Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms like Atlassian, BMC, and ServiceNow.

Experience with AI & automation in IT operations.

A network of contacts in enterprise IT, especially in finance, government, or healthcare sectors.
