  • Assist Project Managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Maintain and monitor project schedules, timelines, and key milestones.

  • Prepare, compile, and maintain project documentation including status reports, Gantt charts, and risk logs.

  • Organize and schedule meetings with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

  • Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes and action items.

  • Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

  • Identify potential risks and support the team in proactive mitigation planning.

  • Support in preparing executive presentations and monthly project reports.

  • Handle project administration tasks including procurement follow-ups, documentation archiving, and compliance checks.

  • Ensure all project records are up-to-date and stored securely for audit purposes.


🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall, or PMBOK).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project).

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

  • Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or JIRA is a plus.
