About the Role

We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support a renowned female influencer and digital content creator based in Dubai. This unique hybrid role blends personal assistance with hands-on involvement in the fast-paced world of social media, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.
This position is perfect for candidates with prior experience in personal or executive assistance—especially within creative, entertainment, or digital media sectors—who thrive in dynamic environments requiring discretion, professionalism, and multitasking excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Administrative Support

Efficiently manage day-to-day calendar scheduling, appointment coordination, and meeting bookings to ensure smooth routines.

Organize all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and local transport arrangements within the UAE and abroad.

Handle expense tracking, receipts, payment follow-ups, and basic financial administration with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate wellness activities such as gym sessions, medical appointments, and lifestyle-related bookings.

Assist with household management tasks like deliveries, errands, personal shopping, and vendor coordination.

Maintain and safeguard critical personal and professional records, contacts, and sensitive documents.

Support visa renewal processes, government paperwork, and liaise with service providers or agencies.

Anticipate daily needs and proactively develop solutions to optimize the influencer’s schedule and lifestyle efficiency.
Social Media & Content Coordination

Monitor and manage personal social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and trend tracking.

Provide on-site support at photoshoots, brand events, collaborations, and public appearances, including capturing behind-the-scenes content.

Collaborate closely with talent managers and marketing teams on campaign logistics, brand deals, and partnership deliverables.

Brainstorm, organize, and document creative content ideas and concepts to maintain consistent brand voice and image.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, digital tools, and influencer marketing best practices.
Candidate Requirements

Reside in Dubai with flexibility for hybrid work—both remote and occasional in-person presence across the UAE.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role; experience in creative, influencer, or entertainment sectors preferred.

Deep understanding of social media culture, internet trends, and digital communication nuances.

Outstanding organizational skills, time management, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.
