As a Product Owner, you will serve as the cornerstone between business goals and technical implementation. You will own the product backlog, transform strategic ideas into clear deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams including Product Managers, Software Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and key stakeholders. Your mission: ensure the creation of intuitive, high-impact digital solutions that exceed customer expectations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Define, prioritize, and maintain a well-structured product backlog that aligns with business strategy and user needs.

Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

Work closely with agile scrum teams to ensure successful sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative product delivery.

Lead regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, present product updates, and refine the product vision.

Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the user experience is at the forefront of every decision.

Analyze data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve product features and usability.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment between technical and non-technical teams.

Ensure timely releases of product increments that deliver measurable value to users and stakeholders.
✅ Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a software or digital product environment.

Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product management practices.

Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other agile project management platforms.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, distributed, and remote-first work environments.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

A technical background or close collaboration with development teams is highly advantageous.
