Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executives to lead sales initiatives with some of the largest enterprise customers in key verticals such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Industrial, and Life Sciences. This role offers a unique opportunity to run your own “business within Loftware” by managing and expanding existing accounts while driving new business development.

You will be supported by a powerful marketing engine, a strong inside sales team, and industry-leading solutions, enabling you to exceed sales targets and accelerate your career growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Identify, develop, and close high-value license and services sales opportunities within enterprise-level Loftware customers and new prospects.

  • Account Management: Cultivate and expand relationships within existing large accounts to drive deeper and broader sales growth.

  • Collaboration: Partner effectively with Inside Sales and Sales Development Representatives to execute targeted prospecting campaigns and pipeline development.

  • Market Focus: Manage sales opportunities across the AMER region within a defined vertical industry, leveraging market trends and customer insights.

  • Business Reviews: Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and sales forecasts to Sales and Marketing Leadership teams.

  • Strategic Selling: Develop and execute consultative sales strategies aligned with customer needs, market demands, and industry dynamics.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, suppliers, and strategic technology partners.

  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to Loftware’s ambitious growth goals.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain SaaS solutions, or related enterprise software.

  • Demonstrated success in selling both to existing accounts and acquiring net new business, with a track record of “selling deeper and wider.”

  • Deep understanding of consumer products, retail supply chain ecosystems, distribution channels, retail operations, and merchandising.

  • Expertise in qualifying large enterprise opportunities and executing value- and solution-based sales methodologies.

  • Strong network and ability to collaborate effectively with strategic partners such as SAP, Oracle, and JD Edwards.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with a history of securing favorable contract terms and closing high-value deals.

  • Verifiable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Fluency in German or other European languages is a strong advantage.
