🎯 Key Responsibilities
-
Design, build, and maintain technical integrations using modern APIs, automation tools, and scripting languages.

Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries (especially in BigQuery) to support reporting, data analysis, and backend operations.

Create and maintain web-based applications using HTML, JavaScript, and modern web standards.

Customize and extend Salesforce (SFDC) functionality—working with SFDC objects, fields, APIs, and integration tools.

Develop custom Jira workflows, automation, and integrations using Jira APIs and JQL.

Write automation scripts using Python and Google Apps Script to streamline processes.

Utilize third-party tools (e.g., Tray.io, Zapier, Workato) to create low-code/no-code operational solutions.

Leverage Google Workspace APIs to build scalable automation pipelines and tools.

Deploy and manage applications within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
-
Integrate Slack and other collaboration platforms to enhance internal and customer communications.

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Document processes, technical designs, and troubleshooting guidelines for knowledge sharing and operational clarity.

Actively participate in agile development processes, code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles.
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on software development experience

Advanced SQL expertise, especially in Google BigQuery
-
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and understanding of HTTP request methods (GET, POST, etc.)

Demonstrated experience working with RESTful APIs and platforms like:

Google Workspace

Slack

AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT APIs)

Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as:

Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English communication skills, both written and spoken
